Booking & Agreement

Typically, you’ll sign a contract before your event.
However, booking implies you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

• Booking Fee (30%) confirms your date
• Booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation
• Cancellation within 1 month → Full payment required
• Postponement allowed (subject to availability & revised charges)
• All cancellations must be in written format

Payment Terms

• 30% advance at booking
• 30% on Haldi & Mehndi day
• 30% before Wedding Vidai
• 10% at time of delivery

⚠️ Deliverables (USB, HDD, Album, Frames, Extras) will only be provided after full payment clearance

Timings & Overtime

• Coverage starts and ends as per agreed schedule
• Extra hours → additional charges apply
• Any delay or change in timing/location must be informed in advance

Cooperation

We aim to work together smoothly for the best results.

• Assign a person to help organize family/group shots
• Inform about important moments in advance
• Photographer is not responsible if guests avoid photography

Event Schedule

• Both parties must maintain timing & coordination
• Delays may affect coverage of all planned shots
• We will always try to deliver the best possible outcome

Booking Confirmation

• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment
• Client will receive confirmation message/receipt
• Verbal communication alone does NOT confirm booking

Delivery Timeline

Pre-Wedding:
• 3–5 weeks (off-season)
• Up to 5 weeks (peak season)

Wedding:
• 5–7 weeks (off-season)
• Up to 7 weeks (peak season)

Other Events:
• 1 week (off-season)
• Up to 3 weeks (peak season)

Images & Retouching

• All images delivered in high quality
• Basic retouching included to maintain quality standards

---

AI Gallery & Sharing

• AI Gallery available for 30 days (if included)
• Guests can download via facial recognition
• After 30 days → gallery will be removed

Album Policy

• Photo selection must be done within 3 months
• Delay → payment processed regardless of album selection
• Final PDF preview will be shared before printing
• No changes allowed after final approval

Video Editing

Traditional Video:
• Editing time: 3–5 weeks
• Changes only for errors/missing footage

Cinematic Video:
• Editing time: 4–6 weeks
• Draft shared before final
• No changes after final approval

Drone Usage

• Subject to weather & safety conditions
• Restricted in sensitive areas (airports, military zones)
• May be rescheduled if required

---

Copyright & Usage

• Photographer retains copyright
• Personal use allowed
• Commercial use requires permission

---

Model Release

• Client allows use of photos for portfolio, ads & promotions
• Photographer has rights to modify and publish images

---

Attendance

• In case of emergency, a replacement photographer may be assigned

---

Travel & Stay

• Extra charges for locations beyond 25 KM
• Outstation: stay & food required (client or billed)

---

Complaints

• Must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

---

Data Handling

• Files will be stored for 6 months after service
• After that, data may be deleted
